Question 1

Gas Gas MC 450 vs KTM 450 SX-F?

Accepted Answer

Same Pierer group 450 four-stroke motocross idea (gas gas mc 450, ~450 cc / 55 hp). Plastics, mapping, and dealer color differ more than the cases. Crash both and the KTM still has more used bits on eBay.

Question 2

MC 450 motocross or enduro?

Accepted Answer

MC is the motocross line. EC is enduro. An MC with a headlight bolted on is not an EC in the title office.

Question 3

Gas Gas MC 450 four-stroke?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this MC 450 is the four-stroke MX, not a two-stroke 300. Do not order EC 300 pipes onto it.

Question 4

MC 450 vs EC 450?

Accepted Answer

EC 450 is the enduro four-stroke with lights and a wider ratio. MC is the track bike. Hours and who raced it matter more than the badge.
